MYMI by GamFratesi. Eight years ago, DEDON introduced the AIIR chair — a light and transparent design that marked both its first collection of injection-molded seating and its first collaboration with GamFratesi. For designers Stine Gam and Enrico Fratesi, it was also an entry into outdoor furniture — yet AIIR immediately made waves, offering a breezy, contemporary reinterpretation of the classic shell chair.

Now, with a deep familiarity with DEDON’s signature fiber and craftsmanship, the duo returns with a fresh perspective — experimenting and uncovering unexpected solutions for a product they already knew well. Inspired by the cafe culture of Paris, where small tables and varied seating arrangements foster both lively conversation and quiet moments of solitude, the result is MYMI, a collection designed to seamlessly transition from casual cafe settings to refined dining environments.

Created using DEDON’s groundbreaking invert fiber, CIRQL NU signifies the next evolution of the collection and the brand’s DNA. Werner Aisslinger's latest collection is made using co-extrusion, a process that combines two distinct fiber colors and types into one strand. The result: stunning colorways, diverse textures and geometric patterns with a special 3D-effect, creating an almost iridescent sheen depending on the viewing angle.

Hoff Miller is bringing rustic charm and modern lodge style to the Rocky Mountains with their new line, Old Hickory Furniture.

Since 1899, Old Hickory has been handcrafted in Central Indiana and is best known for furnishing State and National Park Lodges. They’ve recently partnered with designer Max Humphrey to debut The Lodge Collection, and we love how it ties in with Max’s Sunbrella fabric collection with Pindler.

Beyond our obsession with Max Humphrey's Lodge Collection, Old Hickory itself is pretty incredible. The longevity of both the company and their furniture is rare in the furniture and design world.

Old Hickory furniture is still handcrafted and made-to-order in much the same way as it was in the 1890s. Their furniture is a slice of American history that has played a major role in the home furnishings and hospitality industry.

1904 | Dining chairs for the Old Faithful Inn in Yellowstone. Old Hickory was chosen by architect Robert Reamer as the finishing touches on the iconic lodge. The original chairs are still in use today.

1914 | Old Hickory furnished the lobby and porches of Lewis Glacier Lodge in the newly formed Glacier National Park. The lodge would later be renamed Lake McDonald Lodge and still has Old Hickory furniture throughout the beautiful lodge.

In our eyes, wood is much more than a raw material. It’s our inspiration. Not only that, but trees are essential for healthy ecosystems and healthy people. They create a habitat for numerous species, capture CO2, prevent soil erosion, and purify water. And as if that weren’t enough, they enhance the beauty of our landscapes. There’s no question that we want to do something to preserve and perpetuate this precious resource.

In 2017 Huppé decided to take action through Trees Canada, creating a partnership that has planted more than 8,000 trees in three years. In 2019 alone we donated $11,280 for the reforestation of five forests across Canada that had been damaged by insects, fire, or strong winds.

We’re extremely proud to have made a difference and helped bring these forests back to life and we’re committed to continuing our work with Tree Canada in the future.

At the heart of our furniture manufacturing process lies our commitment to sustainability and eco-responsibility. We place great importance on selecting materials and local suppliers, prioritizing geographical proximity to reduce our carbon footprint.

Furthermore, many of our fabrics come from Crevin, a renowned company known for its highly environmentally friendly practices. Crevin leads the "Road to Zero" initiative, a bold approach aiming to achieve zero impact in textile production, focusing on zero waste, zero water, and zero CO2 emissions.

We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Belgium line, Vincent Sheppard.

Vincent Sheppard has been designing and manufacturing indoor and outdoor furniture with exceptional seating comfort since 1992. They are a worldwide market leader in 'Paper Loom' furniture, a technique where kraft paper is twisted around a metal wire and woven into unique furniture pieces.

Today, their furniture is exported to more than 80 countries on six continents and the number keeps growing. Vincent Sheppard can be found in the most beautiful hotels, homes and restaurants all over the world.

Tradition and skills become true artistry

Vincent Sheppard started with the goal of honoring and preserving the tradition and history of the Paper Loom weaving technique. To accomplish this goal, they have developed a close collaboration with the local people of Cirebon, Indonesia. Known for its tradition in weaving and bending rattan, Cirebon was the perfect area to build our main production plant.

The knowledge and skills of the local craftsmen elevate their products to pieces of art, each and every one of them handcrafted to perfection. Through the years, they have extended their product range with other natural and durable materials.

The designs are made in Belgium and that is exactly where they are finished as well, the way they first imagined them. Painters, seamstresses, designers. They all work together. To complete the circle. With a lot of care and eye for detail.

Respect for nature and men

From the beginning, Vincent Sheppard has made a clear choice to work with natural resources as much as possible for the production of our furniture. They are convinced that companies have a responsibility that goes beyond the product itself as well.

They believe in transparency and honesty in how to treat the world, its resources, and its people with respect. They're very conscious about the consumption of resources. Recycling, the cleaning of wastewater and use of ecological cleansing products are standard procedures at Vincent Sheppard.

Their headquarters in Belgium is nearly self-sustainable as they use solar energy to provide electricity for their production process. In 2013, Vincent Sheppard received the FSC®-label by the Forest Stewardship Council: a symbol of environmental, social and economic sustainability.
